Our physical bodies need to stay
fit and clean.
Our families and homes are where we learn the basic but important steps
for this.
Here are 5 examples of what happens in
my family

*1 One thing we do is play rugby outside

*2 Another thing we do is play with our dog

*3 We eat salads and potatoes salad

*4 We go to beach's and run around with my dog

*5 Sit out side on the deck in the sun
