y8 camp reflection

 Kia ora and welcome . Last week Wednesday the year 8s went to leadership camp . On Wednesday year 8s had to come before 8:30 the normal time usually to come to school. We had to come in mufti. I wore grey track pants, a Nike white top with my black and green kathmandu jacket. It was kinda cold in the morning. We needed covered shoe’s to board the activities that we were doing at camp . It took 1 and a half hours to drive to the campsite. It didn't really feel like 1 hour and a half hours. It really felt like 30 minutes to be honest . 

My favourite activities were archery,airsoft rifles and mostly goat carts to be very honest I reckon I was the best drifter in my team . In archery I hit 4 bulls eyes in a row and 3 bulls eye 1 after missing one . The airsoft rifles were like my second favorite because it felt like I was shooting a real gun. I didn't really hit some of the targets, only the bottle that we snuck and placed to use for 1 of the targets .

The first night we had to go to sleep the boys did not know how to go to sleep they kept making funny noises like “ CHICKENNN “ or “ HELLOOOO “ and we all got in trouble for joining in with the noise . The last day was fun we went to the water garden it was fun walking around feeling like we were at the zoo looking things that looked very real . Then finishing with a little ride back home .
