Every child has hopes and dreams

Last week on Friday we had a special visitor named Andrew he is a game master he came into our class to play a realistic game that happened in real life we started off watching him telling us how to play and what to do when he tells us to the first thing he told us was about the things he had in a bag the things he had was a hat that hat meant about a boy named Jack is 12 years old and he is T-s best friend the second object is a scarf that represented a lady named maraea she is a mum of one of the players who are in the game the third is T he is maraea's son his item is a bag the 3rd to last object is a beanie that is a man named dave that is T-s dad maraea's husband/boy friend the second to last is Brain he is maraea's boy friend the he is a supervisor the last Object is a book and that is Brains daughter she is a smart little girl who is very good at her home work and other things.

It starts off with Jake and T chilling in the car park not wanting to go back to school in his life it's very hard cause he doesn't get enough attention towards him he thinks that his mum maraea pays more attention to her step daughter in stead of his real son maraea is very stressed because she doesn't get enough help around the house and that her Husband/Boy friend never helps her with anything around the house and he only likes to play video games.

Dave he thinks it's alright to hit his child when he doesn't do good he makes black marks on his sons face T sometimes he thinks his wife never loves him enough and never shows love because she is focus on cleaning and making sure the house is tidy so when there is things happening they know there house would be clean he thinks that she should take a break from all the work that she does but she thinks he should just help and do dinner or anything but the only thing he does is sit there doesn't get a work a just plays video games.

Brian In his back round is just him wanting to know more about T and what he has in common with him and his step son T he really wanted to know whats wrong and heaps more but T refuses he just wants to be sad and shy to open up to his mum and dad.

what we do in a cook island Birthday

Here is my work of what we do in our culture for a Birthday celebration

Maori Language moment.

  14 / 09 / 20

In 1972 there were 30,000 signatures were delivered to Parliament safeguard the Maori Language.
3 reasons why i think it needed to be protected

1* It's to make sure the Maori language doesn't disappear off the Maori kids that are born to speak and to know there Maori side of were they come from

2* Second is so the parents know that there kids are going to be smart and not just to speak one language so if the Maori language could carry on and on until the next generation

3* my last reason is so the Maori language could carry on and not be forgotten like some of the other spoken language's around the world have

Tongan Lauguage week

Today were starting off with a simple task of naming our family members in tongan

why is it important to know your family
it's important to know your family so you if you go through bad things well growing up they could take some time out of what there doing to help you. Another one is that if you do something nice and good to them they would do the same thing back.
