 Today were starting off with a simple task of naming our family members in tongan 

why is it important to know your family

it's important to know your family so you if you go through bad things well growing up they could take some time out of what there doing to help you. Another one is that if you do something nice and good to them they would do the same thing back.

Highlights

 

• This morning the year 7s and 8s told us about there camp and the year  7s telling us about there 3 highlight 

• One of the words i heard was encourage each other

• Second was Step up to be leaders to the other little kids in the school

• Third was i heard the year 8s helping each other out

• Fourth was hearing that caleb said the things they done could affect them in the future 

• Fifth Saying thank you for giving the year 8s a opportunity to have 3 days off of school 

• Sixth is hearing what jezakia said him and the boys sleeping together because they were scared

• Seventh is knowing what we could do in the future 

• Eighth is Learning how to control the drift karts and trying to beat the word record for the fastest driver 

• Ninth Highlight was getting shot in the head with a paintball

• tenth is mrs telea  asking the year 8s a forward question

Year 7s stepping up and having a Fun day

 Kia orana i'm gonna explain what year 7s done last week when the year 8s where at camp. So on the first day some of the other year 7s wen't to volley ball so we had to wait until the next day. On the second day we done rotations the first rotation was with Mrs ILaoa we were playing a cookie game were you have to put the cookie on top of your head and try make the cookies way down into your mouth with out dropping it.

Next thing we done was Mrs Moala Clue game were we had to figure out what happened in the little story and how the man died. The other game we done with Mrs Moala was like a little clue fixing and trying to figure out what some of the words meant and how we could find our way around to know what the word meant.

Third thing was sport. The sport we done was soccer some of us didn't really wanna play because they thought it was going to be boring the people who actually wanted to play were happy and excited but didn't play by the rule's the teacher gave us we just picked up the ball and ran or just boot it high into the sky or far enough to get into the goal. It was easy to kick the ball into the goal cause the goal was pretty big. Some people were talking standing there other people were just standing or sitting down on the side line talking about what ever they are talking about.

Friday was the best day i reckon because we had a nice good fun Assembly and a pretty fun morning because all the team's had to games to play against each other the first was a game were you pick five people in your group and see how fast you could stack cups up on each other and how fast you could bring all down with out screwing up. Second game is a singing game were one of the teachers pick a topic and we have to sing a song that has that word in it. At 12:00 we had a big shared launch we all chipped in something.

The group names of are Duck Life,Strikers and the lucky last is Thunder. The meaning of the year 7s were leader ship and to show the rest of the school that the year 7s are positive enough to show support to each others around the school.
